MY PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
Students are to map out a walking/running course near their home. Their course should be 2-3km.
Students are to time themselves walking/running this course on three separate occasions per week. On each attempt students should try to improve their previous time.
TIP: Map My Run/Walk is a great App to use if you have access to an I-Phone.
Students will submit their time to their teacher through a survey on this website 'Yr 7 PE Survey and Challenge'.
The aim of this activity is for students to try to improve their time each attempt at running/walking their course and to be able to do their best time when the Cross Country Unit begins in Week 7 of Term 1.
